We all know what it’s like to feel like we are out there competing against the world. \u00a0Sometimes it feels like it’s us against them. \u00a0If they win we lose, and the only way we rise to the top is by pulling someone else down. \u00a0The truth, however, is that by supporting and encouraging others to achieve their goals, we are in fact helping ourselves. \u00a0In the end we are not competing with anyone else, but only with ourselves.<\/p>\n
