I just happened to be reading a poll on WetCanvas the other day about how 90% of the artists who responded said that they would consider themselves “loners” at heart.
I mentioned this poll to another artist today and I said that I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in our own minds, that we begin to lose sight of the fact that there are thousands of artists out there who may be feeling just as lost, confused, or alone as we are . One way or another we need to make the time to connect with other artists and stop feeling like we are doing this all by ourselves.
