The response to this article has been truly amazing and over the past several days, I have had the opportunity to meet many more incredible artists, which I think I owe in no small part to Damien's legendary hoard of photo groupies ;) Wendy, someday I'm going to hire you and your awesome groovy talent to design a retro Skinny Artist logo for the site--so clear your calendar. . . . in the meantime, I have to say that you have now clearly pulled ahead in our best randomly generated monster avatar contest. It was my pleasure to feature such outstanding artists as yourselves! I can do the supporting job, but I'll leave it up to incredible artists like yourselves to do the inspiring part. Because I have met so many amazing artists over the last six months, it was very hard to narrow this list down to a somewhat manageable number. I'm hoping, however, to try and do something like this again maybe near the first of the year. On a side note, I would have to say that so far Jamie's generated monster avatar wins the best in show, although Connie and Alison obviously have the bigger brains :) I’ve always said that I wanted Skinny Artist to be a place online where artists could find other artists who could both inspire and support them.
